Your NDIS plan may describe what level of support coordination is funded or how your support coordination should be delivered, and this means you may only purchase support coordination in the way described. If the level of support coordination funding is not described in the plan, you can choose what level of support coordination is most appropriate for your needs and how it’s delivered.

Can I meet my Support Coordinator in person in Newcastle?
Yes, our Newcastle Support Coordinators can arrange face-to-face meetings to discuss your NDIS plan, goals and support needs. Depending on your location and preferences, meetings may be available at your home, in the community or at our Speers Point office. We can also arrange phone or online meetings if these are more convenient for you.
Can I change to Enlarge Living from another Support Coordinator?
Yes, you can change Support Coordination providers if you feel another provider would better suit your needs. Before making the switch, it’s important to review your current service agreement for any notice periods or cancellation requirements.
Our team can guide you through the process and help coordinate a smooth handover from your existing Support Coordinator, so you can continue accessing the supports you need.
